Habib's Mart wants you to be happy with your purchase. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted for unused items in original packaging within 7 days, unless the item is marked non-returnable (e.g. personal care or custom items). Return shipping may be paid by the customer unless we made an error. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
